about
"Crash & Swell" coming straight from my upcoming EP
lyrics
My feet touched the ground for the first time, hours in the clouds made me realize what I missed and where home is.
Along the way somewhere, staring at the waves out there, remind me of myself, I crash and swell.
Among everything else, a long way down from anywhere else, these canyons sing, in my head they say to me. Maybe people view you the same way, tall and silent but beautiful in ways no one can explain after all i'm a mystery.
Where I'm at right now, is who I've always been. I just learned that we all need help but nobody is willing to ask for it.
We live, with our own secrets, we love but still we keep them to ourselves.
It'd be, so much easier, if you just shared your mind instead you keep it bottled inside.
Don't hesitate, you could walk away or take one more step towards the edge. You'll learn the risks in life is what opens your eyes. One more chance to shake the dust.
Where I'm at right now, is who I've always been. I just learned that we all need help but nobody is willing to ask for it.
And the story goes, you lay there on the floor, for everyone to see. Your mother finds you, wondering the things she could have changed. What would I do?
