about
Here is the first release of my upcoming EP "Leave Me the Way You Found Me'.
As most of you know this song is very near and dear to me as it paints a picture from one of the hardest times in my life. This song is for all of you, my family, friends, the people who believe in me. I really wouldn't be where i am today without you.
lyrics
I heard the air, fill up my chest.
Dimly lit walls, where I can rest my head.
Yet it feels that days like this, never end.
Blemish these walls, I've been thinking.
How could I leave my home and build one that's already breaking? But if I stay and pretend, will I be happy with all the years I've wasted?
I saw the blood rush to your brain, your face was blushing, tell me why I've been so wrong, when you're the one that's always running.... Always running from
Outgrown feelings and overnight shifts he took just to watch it all fall away. Honestly I cared, more than you ever did and that's saying something.
I hope, when you fall asleep at night, you leave the lights on from being scared of loneliness. What would you think if I said, that were me, because we all wish we were missed.
I saw the blood rush to your brain, your face was blushing. Tell me why I've been so wrong, when you're the one that's always running.. (x2)
I heard the air, leave my chest.
